Role Description
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a full-time Scheduling & Material Coordinator role. This salaried position (8-hour workdays; pay based on experience) focuses on scheduling siding projects, ordering materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will help keep projects running smoothly through clear communication with both clients and internal teams.
There is also potential for this role to evolve into assisting with project estimates in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule siding appointments and follow up with clients
- Order and track materials for jobs
- Maintain accurate records of materials, orders, and appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to support project flow
Qualifications
- Proficiency with standard office software
- Familiarity with scheduling or inventory systems is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
