Responsibilities
- Perform residential exterior repairs
- Diagnose roofing, siding, gutter, and window issues
- Complete warranty and service work
- Take before and after photos
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Deliver high-quality workmanship Requirements
- Experience with roofing, siding, gutters, and windows
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to work independently
- Liability insurance required
- Worker's Comp required
