We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help homeowners move forward with remodeling and home improvement projects.
Position Overview
Heritage Builders is hiring a Residential Remodeling Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, discuss project needs, and provide estimates for remodeling and home improvement work.
This role focuses on warm leads provided by the company. You will be meeting with homeowners who have already expressed interest in a project, discussing their needs, and guiding them through the estimating and project planning process.
This is not a door-to-door sales position.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling and home improvement projects
- Review project needs and prepare estimates
- Follow up with warm leads provided by the company
- Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners
- Coordinate with the production team to confirm project scope
- Maintain organized records of leads and estimates
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Construction or remodeling knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Ability to manage leads and follow up effectively
- Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 – $45,000 base salary
