910 Media Group is looking for a smart, creative, high-energy News Producer who knows how to build compelling shows, thrive in breaking news, and create content that connects across broadcast, digital, and social platforms.

We’re looking for a producer who can craft dynamic, urgent, emotionally engaging newscasts that matter to viewers and stand out in today’s evolving media landscape.

What You’ll Do
- Produce fast-paced, visually compelling newscasts with strong editorial judgment
- Build shows that are creative, organized, urgent, and audience-focused
- Lead coverage during breaking news and severe weather situations
- Write and edit clear, conversational, impactful stories and teases
- Collaborate closely with anchors, reporters, photographers, digital teams, and directors
- Create content for broadcast, streaming, digital, and social platforms
- Use graphics, video, pacing, and storytelling techniques to elevate viewer experience
- Identify stories that resonate with local audiences and drive engagement
- Make quick decisions under pressure while maintaining accuracy and journalistic integrity
- Help shape the evolution of our newsroom and content strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience producing in a television newsroom or fast-paced digital news environment
- Strong writer with excellent news judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to create compelling, memorable, viewer-focused shows
- Proven ability to thrive under deadline pressure and breaking news conditions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with newsroom systems, CMS platforms, video editing, and social media publishing
- Someone who brings energy, ideas, creativity, and urgency to the newsroom every day
- Passion for local journalism and storytelling that makes an impact
