Are you passionate about creating compelling local news, leading high-performing teams, and reimagining how audiences consume content across broadcast, streaming, digital, and social platforms? 910 Media Group is seeking an Executive Producer to lead daily content presentation, breaking news coverage, and multiplatform storytelling across our news operations.
This is not a traditional TV producer role. We're looking for a newsroom leader who thinks beyond the rundown and understands how content performs across every platform. The ideal candidate embraces a liquid content mindset, developing and presenting stories that engage audiences across broadcast, streaming, social, mobile, and emerging platforms while coaching teams, elevating storytelling, and driving audience growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily execution and quality of newscasts, special coverage, breaking news and locally produced programming.
- Champion a liquid content strategy that extends content across broadcast, streaming, digital, social, You Tube and OTT platforms.
- Oversee rundowns, pacing, graphics, live elements, and overall presentation.
- Encourage experimentation with vertical video, social-first storytelling, interactive content and emerging audience behaviors.
- Ensure content is accurate, compelling, visually engaging, and audience-focused.
- Drive innovative approaches to storytelling, show presentation, graphics and viewer interaction.
- Continuously improve newsroom workflows, efficiency, and production quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of newsroom leadership and newscast production experience.
- Proven success leading producers, content creators and managing breaking news coverage.
- Strong editorial judgment, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with digital publishing, streaming, social media, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
