Responsibilities/Duties
- Handling customer transactions such as deposits, withdraws, transfers, balance inquires
- Opening/closing accounts; checking, savings, CDs
- Customer service to internet, mobile, and telephone banking customers
Required Experience
- One-year cash handling preferred
- Minimum one-year customer service
Required Skills
- Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision.
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong oral communication skills.
