Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Moves necessary materials around job sites as assigned
- Cleans up worksite debris
- Provide general maintenance and building repairs
- Provide general support for Building Operations
- This position reports to the Building Operations/Maintenance Supervisor
- Other duties may be assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Must be able to perform basic maintenance tasks required
- Work quickly and without direct supervision
- Great attention to detail
- Fork-lift experience a plus
- Box truck or step-van experience is a plus
Work Environment
- Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly daily
- Must be able to travel up to 20% occasionally for remote warehouse maintenance and transportation tasks
- Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
