About Our Center:
Here We Grow Academy is a licensed, group child care center caring for children 2 weeks – 11 years of age. We are open 6:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Available Position:
We are hiring a full and part time, summer teachers to work in our summer camp classroom and younger.
Summer Camp Teacher Responsiblities:
- Care for the children in your classroom & provide them with a variety of age appropriate activities
- Participate in daily activities with the children
- Greet parents as they come to pick up children and assist with departure routines
- Organize outdoor play activities for the children in your care & participate in these activities
- Assist with field trips and group outings
Summer Camp Teacher Requirements:
- Completion of a Child Development Course or its equivalent (ECE class)
- 6 months or more experience in a child care center, classroom or summer camp
- SIDS/SBS course completed (or willing to obtain)
- CRP & 1st Aid Certificate (completed or willing to obtain)
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
