Mobile Crane Operator –CLASS B CDL REQUIREDS

Hercules Services Crane Rental is hiring an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our growing team. We operate well-maintained equipment ranging from 35-ton to 100-ton cranes, including boom trucks and all-terrain cranes.
The majority of our work is in the tree industry, supporting large tree removals, technical picks, storm work, and tight-access residential projects. Experience working alongside arborists and tree crews is a major plus.

Requirements:
- Valid Class B CDL (required)
- Experience operating boom trucks and all-terrain cranes
- Comfortable running cranes ranging from 35–100 tons
- Ability to read and understand load charts
- Strong awareness of dynamic loads common in tree removals
- Ability to perform daily inspections and basic maintenance
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- NCCCO Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate mobile cranes on residential and commercial job sites
- Perform crane-assisted tree removals and storm response work
- Work closely with arborists and ground crews
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain OSHA and company safety standards
- Represent the company professionally on every job
