Hercules Materials Holdings is an industry leading, privately owned Concrete / Ready Mix supplier in metro Detroit. We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality concrete for our customers with a strong emphasis on customer services. We are looking for a motivated individual interested in an entry level opportunity as an Office Coordinator at our corporate office in Warren, MI.
Must be able to work 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 1-2 years in tire industry preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Moderate proficiency with office-based software
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required
Duties Include, but not limited:
- Customer service – direct customer liaison ensuring customer process compliance
- Billing of customers’ orders, and tracking work orders
- General administrative duties
- Provide administrative support pertaining to our concrete plant operations, as well as our materials hauling operations
