Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence layout, fabrication, and finish work
- Advanced TIG welding ability
- Ability to weld and finish mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Skilled in blueprint reading and custom rail layout
- High attention to detail with clean and polished finishing work
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for 8 hours
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain access to government job sites is a plus
