Herbst Homes is currently looking to add a marketing & event
coordinator to its team! The perfect candidate will possess strong
communication, organizational, analytical, and creative skills!
The marketing and event coordinator plans, organizes, and executes
marketing and promotional events to support business goals, along with
managing social media accounts, content creation, identifying target
audiences, and working directly with sales managers to articulate the
value proposition through marketing. The key responsibilities of event
management will include managing event logistics such as budgeting,
venue selection, and vendor coordination, as well as overseeing
promotional activities such as social media campaigns and content
creation. This role requires strong organizational and communication
skills to ensure seamless event execution from start to finish, the ability
to track performance, and analyze feedback to improve future events.

Herbst Homes is a rapidly growing home building and real estate
development company in Northwest Florida, looking for team players
with excellent attitudes to join our team!
This job WILL require weekend availability, along with the ability to
commute to events and communities under construction, etc.
Compensation: Based upon experience - Salary $53,000-$63,000
Schedule:
• 5 days per week, weekend availability required.
Experience:
• 2 Years minimum
