Job Description
Working three days in our Destin office and two days in our Niceville Office - tolls covered by the company if applicable.
- Assist Sales Associates in completing tasked marketing items for each Listing and Sale to include:
- Upload Listing Docs & Disclosures to MLS
- Prepare Property Flyer
- Send Client and Agent letters
- Update property website statistics tool
- Update Online listing ads
- Upload MLS branded and non-branded property video
- Create FaceBook and Instagram Posts
- Send Just Listed Postcards to surrounding area
- Enter Showing Instructions
- Provide outstanding client service to make agent advertising efforts less time consuming and more effective
- Work with the other team members to assist on additional items needed for clients and agents
- Go to person in office for Agent Needs and upkeep of supplies, office board, onboarding
- Work cohesively with a team of Transaction Coordinators and Marketing Assistants as well as Management
Experience
- 0-3 years of Marketing experience
- Proficient in Google Suite and social media/online marketing platforms
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership over projects
- Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills
- Comfortable and friendly communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
- Experience working in a client or customer service a plus
- Experience working in real estate marketing a plus
- SENSE OF URGENCY IN TIME MANAGEMENT HIGHLY IMPORTANT
- Ability to make bonus based on office goals
