- Coordinate vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, managing supplies, and ensuring timely deliveries to support office needs
- Handle bookkeeping responsibilities such as invoicing, expense tracking, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software
- Support human resources functions by assisting with onboarding, training & development programs, maintaining employee records, and managing filing systems
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional growth
- Maintain office supplies inventory, oversee office equipment maintenance, and ensure a clean, safe work environment

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
