In this role, you won't just be packing boxes; you'll be ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets our high standards of excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Precisely weigh, fill, label, and seal our line of natural herb and botanical products.
- Uphold our commitment to quality by meticulously following product specifications and conducting quality checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with our friendly team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring supplies and helping with shipments.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment where every detail matters.
What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a packing, food production, or manufacturing role is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person!
- Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 25 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
