Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Retail Sales Associates who are passionate about cannabis and skilled at customer service. Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions including card and cash handling, and providing excellent customer service.

What You Have:

● Outgoing and energetic personality with a customer service focus
● Warm and friendly attitude toward customers
● 1 year minimum experience as a retail sales associate or sales representative required
● Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
● Hands-on experience with POS transactions
● Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Entry-level knowledge of cannabis related vocabulary and products preferred but not required
What You'll Do:

● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
● Ensure compliance with State regulations and HerbNJoy policies and procedures
● Process POS System purchases (Treez experience preferred)
● Develop ongoing and long-term customer relationships through all support and interactions
● Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff
● Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained
● Develop product knowledge
● Perform cash and card transactions accurately and timely
● Daily organization and cleaning
● Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

● Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check
● Professional and tidy appearance
● Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
● Previous cannabis, hospitality, food service or retail experience preferred
