What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant in Semi Permanent Makeup(Microblading) Studio position at Hera Permanent Makeup?
This position is responsible for providing assistant support in a Semi-Permanent Makeup(Microblading) Studio. This is a full time position, 5 days a week from Tuesday-Saturday. Must be able to work on Saturdays.
No experience is needed!
No certification for PMU required.
Must be bilingual in Korean and English
Duties will include:
- Answering phone calls, scheduling client appointments, answering emails and all inquiries.
- Assisting technician during procedure along with other various tasks such as work station set up/clean up
- Procedure/material prep and client prep for procedure
- Keeping inventory of the various products that are used and making sure the necessary items are well-stocked.
- Answering and tending to all clients' questions and concerns
- Maintaining company website and various social media outlets such as Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, etc.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
- Achievement Oriented--Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- People Oriented--Must have excellent customer service/people skills
- Strong work ethic
- Dependable--Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities

Other Skill and Abilities
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Typing with proficiency and accuracy
- Experience in Photoshop or media editing software is a plus
- Experience in handling social media account is a plus
- Experience in marketing/hospitality/retail/customer service a plus
Work Hours
- Tuesday to Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM(an hour's lunch break)
- Saturday; 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM(an hour's lunch break)
