- Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients after therapy.
Experience
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential for understanding treatment protocols.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities, acute care, geriatrics, orthopedics, or outpatient settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with inpatient care processes and discharge planning will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
