EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED

1. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

2. Ability to read.

3. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.

4. Ability to perform both operations and maintenance functions.

5. Written and verbal communication skills for multiple audiences.

6. High school diploma or equivalent required.

7. Valid Driver's license required.

8. First Aid/CPR training desired.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor Miner Dashboard a. Respond to low hash rates b. Monitor temperature / Weather impact c. Hard Miner Reboots d. Physically Troubleshoot miners offline

2. Miner Repair a. Cleaning of miners / mining related equipment b. Replace Fans as needed c. Cannibalize other parts from bad miners to repair failed ones

d. Organize inventory and dispose of bad parts e. Request / reorder parts as needed f. Process RMA's for Bad miners

1. Start-up Activities a. New Miner Installs b. Manual Fan Control / Monitoring of Containers (temporary) c. Mounting of sensors in containers d. Assistance with automation / troubleshooting i. Smoke Detectors ii. Fan Control iii. Environmental Sensors iv. Camera Installs e. Miner / PDU organization

2. Miner Inventory Management a. Coordinate Logical Miner intake and document per our spreadsheet b. Update for moves / adds and Break / Fix c. Infor Input work orders?

3. Program Miners a. Mass Pool Updates b. Firmware Updates c. Password Management

4. General Container Maintenance a. Container Filter replacement b. Container Electrical Repair

5. Network Switch replacement / Management

6. Weather Event Clean-up Mitigation

7. Other duties as assigned.
