Production Team Member
(Greenville, SC Plant)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift, (6:30 AM - 1:30 PM)
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Summary
The Production Team Member performs manufacturing tasks required to assemble product/finished goods orders for customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operates mixing and milling equipment to process batch.
- Conducts and/or works with Quality Control for color and quality control testing and makes adjustments as required.
- Operates pumps to fill product.
- Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
- Under supervision and with proper PPE, the employee will be required to handle hazardous materials.
- Clean up and properly store equipment used. Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
- Cleans production vessels as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
- Preferred education level: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience level: Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical industry with a strong preference for experience with milling machines.
Skills and Abilities
- Basic math skills and the ability to convert various measurements (i.e., gallons to quarts, pints to gallons, etc.) required.
- Forklift certification is strongly preferred and the ability to use a pallet jack.
- Computer skills preferred.
- Ability to communicate with others, both verbally and written.
- Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
- Ability to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner.
- Color tinting and Quality Control experience helpful but not required.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly in a manufacturing or operational setting.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and move throughout the work area.
- Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, manipulate, and control objects, tools, or equipment.
- Required to sit, balance, stoop, and occasionally reach above shoulder level.
- Occasional operation of machinery using foot controls
- May be required to climb, balance, and reach overhead as part of job duties.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 65 lbs.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Safety shoes, safety glasses, and flame-retardant uniforms or lab coats are required in production areas.
- Respirators and ear plugs are required for specific production processes.
