What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Hensley-Graves Properties?
We are currently seeking someone with initiative and some Southern hospitality that can work with our maintenance team. Our tenants are very important to us and we need someone who can represent our values day in and day out to our customers.
There will be carpentry, drywall repair, cabinetry work, plumbing, hvac work, and many other things of this nature, day in and day out. We are as efficient as possible, but things can change on a dime when taking care of people's apartments. You must be willing to accept that and adapt to situations as they arise.
On-call is a requirement and is on a rotation.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
