Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vacant apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet company standards.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks such as moving appliances safely during the turnover process.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to ensure floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Manage time efficiently to complete turnovers promptly without compromising quality.
- Communicate professionally with property management teams regarding work progress or any issues encountered during cleaning.
Skills
