Production Laborer (Rice Lake Location)

Henry Repeating Arms, an American made only company, is growing! We are a leader in the firearms industry for individual and sporting markets and are looking for dedicated, trustworthy full-time employees to manufacture premium firearms at our Rice Lake facility.

Henry currently has positions available on the following shifts:

• 1st Shift; Monday - Thursday, 10 hour Shifts
• 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 8 hour Shifts
• 2nd Shift; Monday - Thursday, 10 hour Shifts

Available positions may include:

• Packing
• Shipping
• CNC Operator
• Cycle Counter
• Quality Technician

Preferred qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Detail oriented.
• Read measuring tools (gauges, micrometer, etc.).
• Basic math skills.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment safely.
