About the Role
We’re looking for our first in house Inside Sales Representative to join our Rialto, CA team. This is a key hire who will help drive revenue growth through inside sales, managing in-stock inventory, and collaborating closely with our marketing and warehouse teams.
This role requires someone who understands racking systems inside and out. Whether through direct racking sales experience or extensive exposure to the material handling industry. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where initiative and organization pay off directly in commissions.
What You’ll Do
- Drive inside sales for both B2B and B2C customers primarily transactional sales focused on in stock racking inventory
- Collaborate daily with marketing to develop sales flyers, campaigns, and promotional pushes
- Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and move existing stock
- Manage and track sales activity, quotes, and orders using spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Provide accurate and timely quotes while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Support customers with product knowledge and recommendations for warehouse storage and racking solutions
- Participate in company roundtables and ongoing training to stay aligned with company goals and operations
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Previous experience selling pallet racking or other material handling equipment
- Alternatively, project managers or sales professionals from the racking industry with strong product knowledge will be considered
- Strong math and Excel/spreadsheet skills, comfortable tracking inventory and commissions
- Proven success in transactional sales or selling used/industrial components
- A self-starter who thrives in a small, close-knit team environment
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Rialto, CA
