Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative/clerical support to the Director, Marketing/Public Relations and other assigned Director(s). The Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative functions essential to the departments, including budget invoice processing and budget tracking.
Licensure and Certification:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Health Sciences or equivalent preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of two years experience in marketing research, sales, advertising or public relations or in an executive administrative assistant capacity.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to condense and represent raw data in tables or graphs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strongly detailed and well organized.
- Must be project oriented.
- Must be comfortable with deadlines.
- Must adept at creating presentations, memos and letters.
- Capable of acquiring third party vendors for special projects.
- Report writing.
- Must be capable of transitioning between tasks frequently.
- Meeting preparation including agenda, minutes and participant invitation and tracking, filing, presentation preparation, professional document preparation/footnoting, excel charts.
- Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Constant Contact, Turning Point or similar program.
Physical Demands - Clerical/Administrative Non-Patient Care:
- Frequent sitting and standing/walking with frequent position change.
- Continuous use of bilateral upper extremities in fine motor activities requiring fingering, grasping, and forward reaching between waist and chest level.

- Occasional/intermittent bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, twisting, and climbing.
- Occasional/intermittent lifting and carrying objects/equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
