HJF is seeking an experienced and innovative Training Specialist I - Total Force Fitness (TFF) Operations and Strategy Educator to develop and refine comprehensive training programs for the implementation and management of the Total Force Fitness in holistic training and curriculum. This role will involve creating educational curricula covering a wide range of topics, from leadership principles including briefing, decision making, and assessments to physical and mental fitness, ensuring the integration of holistic training principles into daily activities, and providing technical support. They will support outreach efforts across the DoW to assess best practices and share CHAMP’s education team's work.
This position will be in support of the Advanced Research for Military Optimization, Readiness, and Rehabilitation (ARMORR) and the Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP) under the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine.
