Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC, for a Senior Operations / Production Manager. The individual in this role will oversee and manage daily production operations, including ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating with internal teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. The Senior Operations / Production Manager will also be responsible for strategic planning in production processes, including but not limited to polling analysis, electoral research, drafting presentations, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, project management, and production oversight
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in vendor management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
• Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate high-pressure environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of political campaigns, public advocacy efforts, or related industries is a plus
