Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their needs.
- Facilitate customer test drives
- Present vehicle attributes, finance options and manufacturer promotions
- Assist in the completion of customer’s sales applications
- Develop rapport with customers to secure customer retention
- Attend sales meetings and required training
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Motivated, self-starter with superior work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exemplary communication skills in person and via phones
- Persuasive and motivating selling techniques
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass background screening, pre placement drug screening and have acceptable MVR
