- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Use office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports and correspondence.
- Support administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
Skills
- Proficiency with office management tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, and document organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in busy environments.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus!
