Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
  • Use office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports and correspondence.
  • Support administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.

Skills

  • Proficiency with office management tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy.
  • Experience with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, and document organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in busy environments.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus!
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, office management procedures, and customer service best practices.
