Your role
As the Receptionist, your mission is to provide timely clerical support for management and staff while maintaining professional and courteous customer/office relations. You will report to the Senior HRBP.
You will:
- Provide courteous help to visitors and ensure they follow visitor sign in protocol.
- Open, date stamp and distribute company mail.
- Support emergency preparedness and response efforts.
- Keep an accurate and organized inventory of all office supplies.
- Practice good housekeeping in reception area and office supply areas to ensure areas are clean and free of clutter.
- Perform and document daily maintenance, cleaning, refilling, and basic troubleshooting of coffee machines across two buildings, following vendor guidelines to ensure consistent quality and operational reliability.
- Other administrative functions as assigned.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone presence (cordial and professional).
- Ability to work independently with good critical thinking skills.
- Extremely reliable and punctual.
