Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 Bonus

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with proven experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong vendor management skills, attention to cost/quality/delivery performance, and hands-on ERP/analytical capability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable delivery.

• Analyze material trends and market data to inform purchasing strategies.

• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers; manage purchase orders.

• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure on-time material availability.

• Support ERP-driven purchasing, inventory control, and cycle count activities.

• Resolve supplier issues and implement corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 5–10 years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing (electronics preferred).

• ERP system experience with supply chain and inventory management.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
