About the Role
HPM is hiring an experienced Hardscaper who takes pride in high-quality work and enjoys being part of a solid, reliable crew. If you have strong skills with pavers, block, equipment, and jobsite flow, this position will be a great fit. We value efficiency, professionalism, and people who can work well with others without needing to be micromanaged.
This is a full-time, hands-on role with opportunities to grow into leadership. Winter work is also available for those seeking year-round employment.
What You Will Do
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and outdoor living features
- Read plans, follow layouts, and assist in jobsite setup
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, saws, compactors, and related tools
- Work with a small crew or take a lead role depending on experience
- Maintain clean jobsite standards and communicate clearly with team members
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and help keep projects on schedule

Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience installing hardscapes (pavers, walls, steps, block work)
- Equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors
- Reliable, efficient, and team focused
- Good communication and strong work habits
Pay
22 to 35 per hour based on experience, skill, and equipment proficiency.
Schedule
- Full-time, typically 40 hours per week during season
- Four 10-hour days available
- Overtime available during peak periods
- Optional winter employment available
