Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and oversee the production process of goods and materials.
- Works to improve the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process.
- Analyzes production data for improvement.
- Ensures quality control.
- Develops and implements new technologies.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient production
- Research automation techniques and test new systems for efficiency
- Ensure efficient cost-effective production of goods
Qualifications & Requirements

Skills
- Must be able to demonstrate basic measuring/mechanical skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, or other engineering software
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/AutoCAD/ SolidWorks /Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Programming /Failure Modes and Effective Analysis (FMEA)/Kaizen/Root Cause Analysis/CNC Machining/ISO Standards
