In this role, you aren't just managing a front desk; you are a culture champion responsible for making our employees, vendors, and guests love coming into the office every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Experience: Craft and maintain a workspace that inspires staff, ensuring all stakeholders are accommodated and supported.
- Front Desk & Reception: Act as the first point of contact for guests and employees, managing check-ins via Envoy and handling mail/package distribution.
- Event & Catering Management: Own the setup and breakdown for onsite meetings and company events, including managing catering vendors and security coordination.
- Office Logistics: Manage office supply inventory, organize storage spaces, and oversee the Google Calendar for large event bookings.
- Facilities Support: Monitor the Jira ticketing portal for workplace requests and escalate facility maintenance issues to the management team.
- Safety & Environment: Assist with preventative maintenance and emergency incident coordination (e.g., building evacuations).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Workplace Operations, Hospitality, or Professional Office Support.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Slack, Jira, and Envoy (or similar visitor management/ticketing tools) is highly preferred.
- Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and executive guests.
- Problem Solving: An "ownership mindset" with the ability to adjust plans at a moment's notice.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable operating standard office equipment and the ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs (parcels/catering).
- Availability: Consistent onsite presence during business hours, with occasional flexibility for evening/weekend events.
