Workplace Experience Coordinator
Location: Salt Lake City, UT. This is an on-site position.
Compensation: $40.000 - $ 45.000
The Workplace Experience Coordinator is a true ambassador of our company culture, both in our offices and at company events. This role blends office management, employee experience, and operational support to ensure the office runs smoothly while creating a positive, engaging, and well-supported environment for the team.
What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a welcoming office experience
- Own day-to-day office operations (supplies, vendors, upkeep) to keep the workplace running smoothly
- Bring employee experience initiatives to life, including events, birthdays, and recognition moments that strengthen culture
- Manage company swag and internal inventory
- Support trade show and company event logistics, including shipping, coordination, and materials
- Provide general administrative and cross-functional support as needed, contributing to a connected and collaborative team environment
