We’re expanding our Manufacturing Offroad Teams and are looking for hands-on technicians who want to build some of the most exciting trucks and SUVs in the world.
The Role
As a Manufacturing Offroad Technician, you will be part of a team-based production environment supporting aftermarket upfitting and offroad builds. Depending on experience and business needs, technicians may be placed on or cross-trained across multiple teams.
Manufacturing Teams You May Work On:
Aftermarket Upfit / Suspension Team
- Install aftermarket suspension systems, lift kits, leveling kits, and lowering kits
- Support brake, exhaust, wheel/tire, and related offroad components
- Perform suspension teardown and reassembly to manufacturer and Hennessey standards
Accessories & Wiring Team
- Install aftermarket accessories including lights, steps, bumpers, and offroad components
- Perform basic automotive wiring and electrical connections
- Ensure clean, secure, and professional-quality installs
Bumper & Grille Assembly Team
- Assemble aftermarket bumpers, grilles, and sub-assemblies
- Build and install wiring harnesses as required
- Inspect components for quality prior to final installation
Final Assembly Team
- Complete assigned production tasks to finish vehicle builds
- Perform detail-oriented installation and final-fit checks
- Work closely with Quality Control to ensure build accuracy
Teardown Team
- Perform tear-down of factory components in preparation for upfitting
- Safely remove suspension, factory hardware, and related systems
- Prepare vehicles for next-stage production teams
Vehicles You’ll Work On
- Ford F-150 / F-250
- Ford Bronco
- Chevy trucks and SUVs
- Other late-model offroad and performance platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of hands-on experience with aftermarket suspension installs and/or aftermarket vehicle work
- Experience with lift kits, leveling kits, or lowering kits preferred
- Basic automotive electrical or accessory installation experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, bending, and working on vehicles throughout the day

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
