YOUR ROLE
- Ideate & lead GTM strategies & calendarization for each new product launch / seasonal / legacy product campaigns, with the goal of gaining customer & stylist attention, driving trial and understanding
- A master storyteller & copywriter, responsible for ensuring holistic messaging across all touch points (videos, store merchandising, education, etc), while adjusting for different user bases (B2B, Consumer, etc)
- Ideate and execute in-store merchandising, ensuring consistent look and feel across channel while aligning with internal stakeholders & working with external vendors for all POS & display materials
- Strong leader with ability to convince and motivate team as well as other stakeholders
- Help ideate & execute impactful and diverse photo shoot campaigns, in close partnership with Product Development and Content Production team
