YOUR ROLE
- Manage Target got2b and Schwarzkopf Color business
- Work cross-functionally with internal and marketing teams to target and obtain new quantitative distribution points for all product categories.
- Drive and develop strategies and programs with Target to increase the qualitative distribution and productivity of assortment
- Effectively own and manage Working Trade/L6
- Use and manage the Sales and Marketing budget in conjunction with the Director of Sales to drive the company KP
- Create, build, and maintain on-going client relationships with Target to become strategic partner
