YOUR ROLE
- The Material Handler is responsible for the accurate receiving, selecting, preparing, stocking, loading and unloading of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Adherence to Henkel’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards and practices, and support of Henkel’s Vision are maintained as a top priority.
- The Material Handler is expected to perform the required duties of this position in full compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
- Operates one of the following MHE: lift truck, narrow aisle, or pallet jack based on job function.
- Performs various loading and unloading functions with an understanding truck load weight limitations and proper weight distribution of loads.
- Performs case and full unit picks, replenishments, product storage, and receipts as documented in standard operating procedures.
- Takes independent action or directs resolution of housekeeping infractions in area of responsibility. Performs additional tasks as directed by Supervisor
