The Procurement Operations and Project Manager role puts you shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership, giving you a front-row seat to how a global organization makes high-stakes sourcing decisions - while building the analytical, project management, and executive-communication skills that fast-track a career.
- Builds necessary expertise along processes, project management, digital transformation to ensure best-in-class procurement performance
- Manages internal and external communications, align cross-functional requirements, and prepare and present initiatives to an executive-level audience
- Executes regional sourcing initiatives - including supplier consolidation and process optimization - alongside engagement efforts that bring the winning culture agenda to life
- Partners with the sourcing team on supplier, market, and spend analytics to uncover optimization and cost-saving opportunities, then track and report the value you help deliver
- Expands the use of existing and emerging digital tools to unlock better insights from internal data and sharper decision-making
- Prioritizes information needs, including capturing requirements and building reports and dashboards
- Keeps up to date with the latest industry trends
- Coordinates meeting logistics end-to-end, from securing facilities to sending invitations and briefing materials
- Provides chief-of-staff-caliber support, bringing an outside-in perspective that challenges assumptions and sharpens outcomes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's in Business a plus)
- Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPIM are a plus
- 2 years of relevant experience (internships count)
- Background in procurement or supply chain management preferred
- Exposure to project management within a sourcing environment
- Familiarity with global sourcing and supplier management
- Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel for data analysis
- Sharp analytical and critical-thinking skills with a hands-on, solutions-first attitude
- Comfortable analyzing market trends and tracking performance
- Foundational negotiation and contract management skills
- Track record of building strong internal and external relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
