What You´ll Do
- The Mixing Operator is responsible for the acquisition and addition of raw materials into mixing equipment and the operation of that equipment until batches are completed and transferred.
- Adherence to Henkel’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards and practices, and support of Henkel AC Manufacturing’s Vision are maintained as a top priority.
- The Mixing Operator is expected to perform the required duties of this position in full compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified to operate PIT's (where applicable); able to lift 60-70lbs.
- Strong communication, organization, dependability, and teamwork.
- Understanding of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems.
- Able to work in varied weather conditions and wear PPE, including full fire suit and respirator when needed.
- Operates with a strong sense of urgency and consistent punctuality.
