What You´ll Do
- Co-formulate and shape the Operations and Supply Chain strategy.
- Identifying value creation opportunities across the end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations.
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives across Operations and Supply Chain in the Americas from concept to execution, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables, while demonstrating agility and an open-minded approach.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional- and regional stakeholders to align priorities and enable effective decision-making.
- Prepare structured analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Apply a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to help teams move from strategy to execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, SC, Strategic management, Operations, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
- Ideal candidate has 5-10 years of working experience in strategy and/or project management in Operations and Supply Chain. Consulting- or strategic leadership experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record in successfully implementing impactful change/transformative projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Great strategic thinking and analytical skills with an ability to simplify complex challenges into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to effectively engage and align senior stakeholders across diverse functions.

Salary : $116,000 - $140,000
