What You'll Do
- Prospect manufacturing and industrial companies primarily throughout the Upstate South Carolina market, with opportunities to develop business nationwide
- Generate new business through cold calling, in-person prospecting, facility visits, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Build relationships with hiring managers, plant managers, HR leaders, executives, and business owners
- Schedule and lead sales meetings
- Negotiate and close new client partnerships
- Consistently grow your territory, pipeline, and client portfolio
What We're Looking For
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to win
- Proven success in outbound B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or new client acquisition
- Comfortable cold calling, prospecting, networking, and opening new doors
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline or consistently generating qualified opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using or learning CRM systems, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools to support prospecting and pipeline management
- Able to work independently while effectively managing your own schedule
- Coachable, resilient, and motivated by performance-based compensation
- Experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus but not required. We welcome high-performing sales professionals from a variety of B2B industries who are excited to build relationships and grow new business.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Uncapped commission plan
- First-year on-target earnings of $100,000
