About the Role

Henis Group is a rapidly growing recruiting and staffing firm serving manufacturers across the Southeast.


We're looking for a competitive, driven salesperson to own new client acquisition primarily throughout the Upstate South Carolina market, with additional opportunities to develop business nationwide. This is a true hunter role where you'll build relationships, open new doors, win new business, and play a key role in Henis Group's continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect manufacturing and industrial companies primarily throughout the Upstate South Carolina market, with opportunities to develop business nationwide
  • Generate new business through cold calling, in-person prospecting, facility visits, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, plant managers, HR leaders, executives, and business owners
  • Schedule and lead sales meetings
  • Negotiate and close new client partnerships
  • Consistently grow your territory, pipeline, and client portfolio


What We're Looking For

  • Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to win
  • Proven success in outbound B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or new client acquisition
  • Comfortable cold calling, prospecting, networking, and opening new doors
  • Experience building and managing a sales pipeline or consistently generating qualified opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using or learning CRM systems, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools to support prospecting and pipeline management
  • Able to work independently while effectively managing your own schedule
  • Coachable, resilient, and motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus but not required. We welcome high-performing sales professionals from a variety of B2B industries who are excited to build relationships and grow new business.


Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped commission plan
  • First-year on-target earnings of $100,000
  • Top performers have the opportunity to earn well into the six figures
