Major Responsibilities (may Vary Depending On Project)
- Create and maintain assembly and packaging processes, drafting work instructions to support manufacturing, engineering changes, and new product development.
- Develop tooling to improve safety and throughput in our manufacturing plants.
- Develop 3D modeling and drafting skills, consistent with company standards.
- Participate in weekly meetings to improve communication amongst the company’s locations.
- Participate in concept and design reviews for the Manufacturing Engineering department.
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Mechanical Aptitude.
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
