Role Description
This is a hybrid full-time role for a Real Estate Agent based in Minneapolis–Saint Paul, WI, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Real Estate Agent will manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including consulting with buyers and sellers, facilitating property showings, negotiating deals, and preparing contracts. The candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and market properties using effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate principles and practices
- Proficiency in sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Understanding of real property laws and regulations
- High level of self-motivation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the Minneapolis–Saint Paul, WI real estate market is a plus
- Proficiency in using real estate software tools and digital platforms
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
