Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in St Cloud, MN, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial transactions, including conducting property showings, open houses, and listing presentations. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, following up with leads, preparing comparative market analyses, and advising clients on pricing, offers, and negotiations. The role also involves drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and guiding clients through each step of the closing process. The agent will maintain accurate records in the company’s systems, stay current on local market trends and regulations, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as lenders, inspectors, and title companies.

Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Minnesota, with up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated Real Estate and Real Property experience, including familiarity with local markets, property valuation, and transaction processes.
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and support clients through complex decisions.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems, along with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance in-person and remote responsibilities in a hybrid environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for showings and client meetings.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are strongly recommended.
