Your Work Matters How will you make a difference?

The receptionist serves as the face of the company, handling the flow of people through the business and ensuring that all reception responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This role includes a variety of tasks such as receiving visitors, managing phone calls, and maintaining office security.

• Answer and direct all phone calls
• Greet all guests
• Manage, clean and organize the front desk
• Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
• Answer guests' and employees' questions

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further training in office management is beneficial.
• Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; further training in office management is beneficial.
• Additional Skill Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial

Compensation:

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range is $ 16.00- $18.00 hourly.  We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our receptionist!
