- Handle data entry tasks with precision, including filing, record keeping, and updating databases such as QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software.
- Support office management duties such as organizing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing general administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting client needs with professionalism.
- Assist with clerical responsibilities including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks when needed.
Requirements
