We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our office in Tulsa Oklahoma. Our CSRs are often the first point of contact with our customers and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Convert inbound calls into booked appointments by understanding each customer's needs and gathering key qualifying information.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding services and appointment availability.
• Accurately enter and update customer information, call notes, and appointment details in ServiceTitan.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
• Meet individual and team performance goals, including call booking targets, while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of customer service or call center experience required.
• Industry experience in HVAC and plumbing is highly preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Experience guiding conversations toward a booked appointment; appointment-setting or light sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening.
• Strong computer skills and accurate, efficient data entry.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling customer concerns.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor, even with frustrated or upset callers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
