Data Entry Order Processor

Walts TV is looking for a Shipping/Order Processing Representative who loves keeping things moving. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where no two days look exactly the same — you'll juggle multiple systems, work with major carriers, and make sure orders get where they need to go, on time, every time.

What You'll Do

• Process orders for shipment across multiple TMS platforms using FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and various freight carriers
• Manage orders from online marketplaces and hit every processing deadline
• Communicate clearly via email, internal chat, and phone with customers, carriers, and teammates
• Monitor and respond quickly to crossdepartment messages
• Maintain shipping reports and tracking tools
• Field incoming calls about shipping and receiving
• Keep customers and internal teams informed on order status
• Work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to keep everything running smoothly

What You Bring

• Comfort navigating multiple monitors and switching between systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Mail, and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
• Bonus points for experience with eBay, Amazon, or Walmart marketplace platforms
• Sharp attention to detail and a love for a fastpaced environment
• Reliable, accurate, and deadlinedriven
• Typing speed of 50 WPM
• A positive, teamfirst attitude and eagerness to learn
• Availability to work weekends and early mornings
• Strong spoken and written English skills, needed to communicate clearly with customers, carriers, and teammates across departments
